Deputy Manager, SCM (International Business)

1. Production Planning & Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze Plan vs Actual production (daily/weekly/monthly)

Identify gaps, root causes, and implement corrective actions

2. Coordination with Manufacturing

Work closely with Manufacturing & Packing teams

Ensure adherence to production schedules

Proactively resolve delays and risks

3. Finished Goods (FG) Inventory Management

Maintain visibility and accuracy of FG inventory

Align system stock with physical stock

Ensure readiness for dispatch and customer commitments

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Participate in CFT (Cross-Functional Team) meetings

Coordinate with Production, Quality, SCM, and Procurement

Resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth product flow
