Position Summary
The Functional Lead will be responsible for enabling the USI functional team to operate on the prioritized enhancements, support with functional design, working closely with technical team through the SSDLC. Bringing meaningful documentation in the form of BRD, Functional specifications. Working with cross process teams, business and liaison teams to ensure smooth execution, dependency checks, impact analysis. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively with team and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions in the CPM Area (pricing & forecasting processes primarily)
Work you'll do
As a Senior Product Specialist on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Support prioritized enhancements by translating business requirements into functional designs and system solutions.
- Partner with technical teams through the software development lifecycle to support design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other project documentation for new developments and change requests.
- Coordinate with cross-process teams, business stakeholders, and liaison teams to perform dependency checks, impact analysis, and execution planning.
- Monitor support tickets, drive issue resolution, and support functional testing activities including test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution or Project Systems functional roles
- Experience with SAP configurations, transactions, and reports
- At least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and 2 support projects
- Experience integrating SAP Sales and Distribution with Finance and Accounting, Project Systems, or Materials Management
- Experience writing business requirements documents and functional specifications
- Experience with functional testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Preferred:
- Experience working in enterprise organizations
- Experience with pricing and forecasting processes in the CPM area
- Experience with SAFe agile practices
- Experience using Microsoft ADO
- Experience converting business requirements into system and technical solutions
- Experience designing and configuring business scenarios
