Job Summary..
OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Deputy Manager- Sales Operations to optimize sales processes, enhance efficiency, and support our sales and marketing team in achieving their targets. This role is crucial for driving sales effectiveness and contributing to overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities..
. Develop, implement, and maintain sales operation strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales management for strategic decision-making.
. Support CMSS account with Order registration, demand planning, Billing ,bill submission and AR colletion..
. Support the sales team with RRP business case approvals, agreements, asset deployment, performance tracker and renewals.
. Support the Marketing and Medical affairs team with IH approvals, vendor payments, KOL travel and stay arrangements.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance to align sales strategies with business objectives.
. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
. Identify and implement automation opportunities within the sales process to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
. Assist in the development and management of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
Job Qualifications..
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
. Proven expertise in CRM administration and optimization
. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other data visualization tools.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with sales teams and senior leadership.
. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
. Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
