Deputy Manager - Quality (Integrated Projects)
Job Description
Support quality system implementation for integrated projects, ensure compliance with global quality agreements, and assist in coordinating audits and quality performance tracking across sites.
SHIFT: General Shift. Need to attend meetings as per US and EU time zone.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL – Site Quality Team, Program Manager, Central Partner Functions

QUALIFICATION: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems within regulated pharmaceutical companies.
- Experience working with API, OSD, Injectables, Biologics manufacturing environments.
- Well-organized professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Willingness to embrace and work in alignment with
organizational values.
- Quality System Implementation
Support implementation of standardized Quality Systems for Integrated projects and AGILE products across PPL sites.
Assist in the timely resolution of queries and escalations related to Integrated customers and AGILE products.
Maintain documentation and dashboards for quality performance tracking.
Support compliance with Global Quality Agreements and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards.
Support implementation and monitoring of Central Quality improvement initiatives across sites.
- Continual Improvement Audits
Assist in coordination of Continual Improvement Audits at PPL sites.
Support scheduling audits, coordinating with auditors, tracking audit findings, and ensuring timely follow-up of compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental procedures implemented at the Kurla office and across PPL sites.
