Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various interrelated projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Establish program objectives, develop plans, schedules, and budgets, and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to project managers and team members.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate program status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Performance Monitoring: Track program metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to support program activities and projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree (MBA) is often preferred.
• Experience: 9 to 12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) can enhance job prospects.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
