What will you do
- Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production targets consistently
- Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow to keep operations running smoothly
- Coach and develop operators on standard work, ergonomics, and continuous improvement techniques
- Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues quickly while escalating when needed
