Job Description

We're hiring a Team Lead to supervise manual cell operations and drive performance on the production floor. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and loves coaching teams to excellence, this role is for you.

What will you do

  • Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production targets consistently
  • Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow to keep operations running smoothly
  • Coach and develop operators on standard work, ergonomics, and continuous improvement techniques
  • Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues quickly while escalating when needed

  • Problem Solving — intermediate level; identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions on the floor
  • Influencing Skills — intermediate level; guiding team behavior and driving alignment without formal authority
  • Quality Control & Inspection — intermediate level; verifying standards and ensuring product integrity throughout production
  • Customer Orientation — intermediate level; aligning team output with internal and external customer expectations
  • Drives for Results — intermediate level; maintaining focus on targets while balancing safety and quality priorities
  • Lean Methodology — developing level; applying continuous improvement tools to reduce waste and enhance workflows
  • Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; enforcing protocols and fostering a culture of safety awareness
