Job Description
We are looking for a experienced professional to manage and supervise Solution Phase Peptide Manufacturing operations. The role involves end-to-end production planning, ensuring production quality through investigations, validations, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and customer complaint management. The incumbent will be responsible for resource verification, team coordination, and timely escalation of breakdowns or abnormal observations. Working knowledge of SAP is essential for this role.
- Managing and supervising the entire process for Solution phase peptide manufacturing.
- Production planning of the Solution phase peptide manufacturing.
- Lead peptide API (active pharmaceutical ingredients) Synthesis & Purification for the process improvement in Production Department.
- Maintain and support production quality including investigation. Validation. Deviations, Change Control, CAPAs and Customer Complaints.
- Verification of resources (raw-materials, clean apparatus/equipment) required for production.
- Highlight breakdown and abnormal observations.
- Outline the duties of each team members.
- SAP proficiency.
