About the Role

Deputy Manager Product Management and Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration for industrial signalling products and digital panel meters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with panel builders, OEMs, and end users to identify opportunities and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to generate qualified leads and convert them into successful deals.
  • Expand and manage distribution networks to ensure product availability and market coverage.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Provide market feedback to the Product Management team to support strategic planning and product development.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical
  • Experience: 2 5 years
  • Work Locations: Mumbai/Delhi/Kolkata/Bangalore
  • Number of Positions: 4
