Product Engineering
Execute development projects and provide ongoing support to ensure engineering quality according to BES_PE standards. Release the projects with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide technical inputs on product engineering to peers
Project Management
Organize, Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments Provide PjM inputs to Peers
Quality And Risk Management
Provide technical inputs, participate and Proactively contributes to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement
Knowledge Management
Upgrades & Maintains up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering
Innovation Management
Leads in Participation of Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports
Experience
4-8 years experience in Product Development, Design, Product Functional Analysis & Investigation
1-2 years of experience in Project management
Exposure to critical customer topics, design concepts & investigations


Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical related field)


Additional Information

Knowledge
Advanced Knowledge in Product development process, Engineering Drawings, Design Standards and BES process
Competent knowledge on standards/norms, Geometrical Dimension & Tolerance, Design, material, reliability Competent knowledge of IC engines and connected systems, Manufacturing, quality and procurement process of auto components
Advanced knowledge of measurement systems, testing and calibration equipment, and measurement procedure
Functional skills
Proficient in BES methodology and tools ViZ. FMEA, DRBFM, Focus analysis and 8D, Advanced skills with 3D CAD software, Application skills of mechanical engineering principles and Materials science . Advanced level of competency skills in Measurement & Testing, Data analytics and technical reporting . Advanced skill level in problem-solving and ability to drive innovations to meet customer requirements . Basic level of competency in Project management skills
