Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Lead procurement across IT, Marketing, HR, Admin, and Legal categories, managing the overall service and product requirements.
  2. Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and negotiate favorable deals for the organization.
  3. Manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring timely closure and adherence to due processes.
  4. Establish category-specific objectives and sourcing strategies, ensuring vendor management and performance assessment.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate and manage commercial requirements in IT, Marketing, and other functions.
  2. Create and publish regular reports, updating trackers for efficient data management.
  3. Perform market analysis, vendor identification, and profile evaluation, ensuring the best deals.
  4. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring a smooth procurement process.
