Job Description

Educational

  • Diploma / B.Tech./ BE in any stream of Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.

Work Experience

  • 10-15 years in PCB Designing experience.
  • Automotive

Responsibilities

  • Design PCB Layout, Gerber Creation with Altium Designer Tool.
  • Schematics Creation, BOM Creation, Panel Formation.
  • Work closely with mechanical team for assembly verification.
  • Discuss with PCB Supplier and finalize PCB specification.
  • Creating PCB footprint as per IPC standard.
  • Review against ESD / EMI / EMC guidelines, DFM / DFT rules.

Key Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience of Altium Designer tool
  • Experience of Automotive product development process is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronics & mechanical BOM components.
  • High Speed Board / Impedance Controlled Design experience is a plus,
  • Awareness of EMI/EMC and Thermal aspects for PCB designing.
  • Awareness regarding the state of art design trend, PCB fabrication process.
  • PCB materials specifications, layer stack-up details, and assembly process.
  • Knowledge regarding the IPC Standard related PCB design
  • Knowledge of SI/PI Simulation on PCB design.
