- Hands on Experience of 15+ Years in Project Management, PPC & Project Co ordination..
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities from initiation to delivery, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
- Must have exposure in Handling Multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Support Project teams in developing project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), risk registers, and cost tracking.
- Collaborate with a team of individuals to ensure they meet their individual deliverables on time and within budget
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures; highlight cost and schedule risks.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions by connecting with all stake holders.
- Act as a primary coordination point between internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, testing) and external stakeholders (customers & suppliers).
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and reviews to senior management and customers.
- Support customer audits, design reviews, and milestone reviews (PDR, CDR, FAT, SAT).
- Ensure adherence to defense and aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, MIL standards, where applicable).
- Support configuration management, change control boards (CCB), and risk management processes.
- Identify technical, operational, and supply-chain risks and support mitigation planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes, tools, and reporting.
Skills & Competencies
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of defence/aerospace project lifecycles.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, or equivalent).
Understanding of configuration management, quality assurance, and certification processes.
Knowledge in Electrical CADD is a plus.
Experience in Equipment manufacturing industry is preferable.
Experience in SAP, AS9100 Rev D an added advantage.
