Job Description

Overview

This Away From Home (AFH) Sales Coordinator role provides critical cross-functional support to enhance the customer experience through accurate pricing and payment term setup. The position is responsible for reviewing all PepsiCo Direct wholesale pricing and Accounts Receivable (AR) inquiries, determining next steps, and executing timely remediation. Remediation activities include partnering with pricing teams to update or correct pricing, aligning to appropriate SKUs, and ensuring customers clearly understand payment term options required to enable Direct Store Delivery (DSD) fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks outlined below

  • Review Pricing inquiries escalations Retail/Non-Wholesale - review wholesale pricing inquiries in Siebel (internal application) against checklist of criteria with goal of updating the system PRIOR to order dispatching. Solutions include - modifying wrong package for correct FS package, escalating to Retail team to review and submit pricing if required

Pricing Inquiries:

  • Leverage a check list of key considerations to determine next steps / best solve prior to order dispatch
  • If solution requires cross functional partners communicating timelines/next steps and desired action to drive partnership
  • Close inquiries once completed and ensure adherence against SLAs

AR inquiries:

  • Review inquiries daily to understand customer support required
  • As needed have the ECAT application, ECHECK or PAD application provided to the customer
  • Close out inquiries once completed and ensure adherence against SLAs

Open Service Now ticket to update payment term and request ad loc as needed

Qualifications

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 56 years of experience in customer operations, sales coordination, or process management (preferably within CPG or Foodservice).
  • Familiarity with PepsiCo systems such as Siebel, Savvy, Service Now
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
