  • Strong organizational and time management skills: To manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail: To ensure accurate Customer order fulfilment and prevent errors.
  • Problem-solving skills: To address shipping or delivery issues and find solutions.
  • Communication skills: To interact with customers, carriers, and other team members.
  • Knowledge of transportation, maritime and logistics principles: To understand the various aspects of the outbound logistics process.
  • Experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management: To be familiar with the processes and procedures involved.
  • Scheduling and management involve planning the movements of Containers, including their routes, ports of call, and schedules, to optimize operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Shipment planning for a vessel involves coordinating various aspects to ensure efficient and safe cargo movement.
