Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support backend sales operations, MIS reporting, and business planning for the Exports & Aftermarket division. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, customers, and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth business operations and effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
. Prepare and manage MIS reports for sales performance tracking and management review
. Support business planning activities (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)
. Coordinate with key customers and international suppliers for ongoing communication
. Assist in backend sales operations, including order tracking and execution
. Analyze business data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
. Ensure timely and accurate reporting for all stakeholders
Required Skills & Competencies
. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
. Strong organizational and time management skills
. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Educational Qualification
. Graduate in any discipline
. MBA preferred (with strong business orientation)
. Engineering background will be an added advantage
Experience Required
. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
. Experience in sales operations / MIS / business planning roles
. Preferably from manufacturing / automotive / engineering industries
. Exposure to exports and aftermarket operations is preferred
. Experience working with international clients/suppliers will be an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
. Candidates from reputed manufacturing, automotive, or engineering organizations
. Strong exposure to backend sales operations and reporting
. Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
