- Thorough Finished Vehicle inspection internal / External Should be able to identify minor paint defect
- Should be able to identify the small dent/ damages / scratches on the vehicles.
- Daily report generation & Communication
- Claims handling for Damages and accidents.
- Reduction in Unclean POD -Accident, Breakdown and RCA with Vendor Reviews.
- Vehicle Inspection as per OEM Standard Must have good knowledge about vehicle loading, lashing , unloading from Car carrier, container etc.
Additional skills: Good knowledge of the different modes of transport -Convoy, Trailer, Train. Packaging and shipment knowledge for finish vehicles movement. Focused approach on the Customer query response and resolution without any escalations. Brainstorming on the Best practices in the industry and implementation of the quality improvement initiatives. Six Sigma, 5W-1H, Lean Methodology, IMS Auditor Certification, Safety Certification Handling Quality and Claims Management for Outbound Logistics clients. Capable enough to take bold decision / convince Mfg. & QA team. Exposure on BEV's SAP Conversant MS-Office
Education: Bachelor in Engineering.
