Job Description
1. Service Back-End Operations Management
- Lead and manage the service coordination/back-end team for call logging, scheduling, and closure.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service activities (PM reports, installation reports, breakdown calls).
- Monitor service call TAT, escalation handling, and closure efficiency.
- Maintain proper audit trails and compliance with company SOPs.
- Coordinate with field engineers for effective service execution.
- Timely quotation submission
2. Service Sales Management
- Drive AMC/CMC conversion, renewal, and uptime contracts.
- Identify opportunities for service revenue growth (spares, upgrades, billable services).
3. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare regular service dashboards and reports (uptime, contract coverage, call status, revenue).
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Share periodic updates with management.
- Parts- Inventory management in India warehouse
