Responsibilities
- Shift work planning.
- Manpower deployments on different positions.
- Ensure calibration of sun simulators.
- Regular monitoring of sun simulator calibration report.
- Ensure all FQC shift wise MIS as per defined frequency.
- Analysis of FQC and calibration data by applying the 7QC Tools.
- Prepared TQM related documents like SOP, WI, OPL and product criteria as or when required.
- Ensure feedback system to be followed for capturing the non-conformance related to system and product at production line..
- Ensure out of box audit done in packaging as per plan.
- Ensure IV graph and EL image of each module from testing machine to local server.
- Co-ordination with functional departments like production, maintenance, process, PPC, Warehouse and sales.
- Maintained the month wise master Flash test report which required to customer.
- Regular training to new and existing off roll employee of QA department about manufacturing quality plan, visual inspection procedures, EL inspection procedures and AQL plan.
- Ensure SAP clearance of dispatch shipments.
- Training of off roll employee of QA department.
- OJT of associates for special case/defect for improvements.
- Provide the IVC, FTR to sales team for shipments.
- Lead the customer PSI according to schedule.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Monitoring of CAPA of customer complaints.
- Ensure all sample modules from plant to customer and third party lab for testing with proper verification and validation.
Qualifications
Education - B.Tech. (Mech./Electrical)
Exp. - 6 to 8 Years
