Job Purpose:The job purpose of a Cluster Manager - OQC is to oversee and ensure the quality of solar modules during the outgoing inspection process. This includes managing customer complaint analysis, verifying module and container conditions, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. The role also involves providing training, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

Lead Customer Complaints Analysis and Audits:

  • Analyze customer complaints and conduct regular audits of action items to address these complaints in the warehouse area.

Review FTR With HU Details

  • Review Flash Test Reports (FTR) and handling unit (HU) details before offering loading to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure Container Cleanliness

  • Inspect container cleanliness, including floor and roof conditions, to ensure they meet standards before loading.

Verify Module Wattage Details

  • Check module wattage details against customer purchase orders to confirm compliance with specifications.

Ensure Proper Lashing Of Pallets

  • Supervise the proper lashing of pallets inside containers to prevent damage during transit.

Training And Development

  • Train and develop team members on OQC procedures, quality standards, and best practices to ensure effective inspection processes.

Documentation And Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of OQC activities and prepare detailed reports on inspections, complaints, and corrective actions taken.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Tech in Engineering.
  • Desired: BE/B.Tech

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

  • 10-15 years in outgoing quality control with management experience. Extensive experience in leading OQC efforts, ensuring final product quality and compliance with standards
