Job Overview
The Dy Manager - Quality Assurance & Management Reporting will be responsible for reviewing, confirming, and reporting compliance with process or procedure requirements in accordance with GBSS delivery methodology. The Manager would be expected to provide assurance as to whether or not Service Delivery across various processes is in accordance with the commitments made to the Customers/Stakeholders including adherence to global policies & shared services operating procedures.
He/She will also be responsible for timely & accurate Management Reporting (internal & external) from GBSS. Lastly, this role will also be expected to drive Automation within Shared Services including within the Quality Assurance function
Reporting Structure
Reports into Senior Manager QA MIS Shared Services
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with MBA/CMA/CA
Skills/Competencies
- At least 5-7 years Quality Assurance work experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment. Should also have experience of Management reporting & FP&A
- In-depth understanding of the Order to cash, Procure to pay & how these operate in SAP/Oracle Fusion (for HRO) environment
- Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills are desirable.
