Deputy Manager – MEP

Sukoon Health is hiring a Deputy Manager – MEP to oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across our expanding healthcare facilities.

Experience: 6–8 years

Location: Bangalore (travel to project sites as required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and BMS installations.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, contractors, and civil teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of MEP services with civil and interior works.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage vendor coordination, documentation, and project handover.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Project Management qualification preferred).
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, luxury retail, commercial, or real estate projects.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MEP execution.
