Qualifications: Mandatory Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities
- Ensures QC & T standards for all services. (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire suppression, Gas bank, Security systems, Filtration systems & IT systems).
- Creates detailed design for all services.
- Obtains sign off on the drawings.
- Manage and control energy consumption through efficient design.
- Prepares & recommends the standard budget for services based on current McDonald's standards and specification.
- Presents rate contract and presents it to Design & Purchase Lead on an annual basis for services.
- Identifies and builds a network of consultant for MEP for the region.
- Designs and presents a training programme for execution team on MEP.
- Ensures EVA of Store Energy consumption to be +/-5 %.
