Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-Marketing & Alliance Development: Build and scale strategic partnerships with brands to drive co-marketing investments that enhance footfalls, digital traffic, consideration, and conversions. Leverage Croma's marketing calendar to unlock high-impact collaboration opportunities aligned with brand priorities.
  • Brand Partnership & Revenue Ownership: Lead partnerships for the Home category, developing strong relationships with trade marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams of partner brands. Drive joint business planning and secure marketing funds for brand-led and co-branded initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning & Persuasion: Identify and pitch compelling, insight-led marketing plans to brand partners across regions and channels. Use strong influencing and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and secure incremental marketing investments.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure timely rollout of campaigns, including planning, asset readiness, and scheduling. Monitor performance and drive continuous optimization to maximize ROI for both Croma and partner brands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with buyers, merchandising, and store operations teams to identify opportunities (new launches, in-store activations, events) and convert them into funded marketing programs with brand partners.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Own MIS and reporting cadence, including weekly and monthly performance reviews. Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams to improve effectiveness and strengthen future investment cases.
