- We are seeking an experienced person with strong expertise in process consulting, process optimization, and continuous improvement to lead and drive process excellence initiatives across the MSD business line. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in managing global processes, driving transformation programs, and ensuring standardized, efficient, and scalable operations aligned with business strategy.
- This role also plays a key part in enabling digital transformation through AI and automation, ensuring that process improvements are future-ready and sustainable.
- Lead end-to-end process improvement and optimization initiatives, including current state assessment, opportunity identification, solution design, and implementation.
- Define, standardize, and govern end-to-end processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions and business units.
- Drive continuous improvement programs using frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Act as a process consultant, partnering with business and operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and design scalable process solutions.
- Lead and manage process transition and improvement initiatives, including:
- Lift–Drop–Change
- Lift–Change–Drop
- Other structured transformation methodologies ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, stabilization, and optimization.
- Perform root cause analysis, identify process inefficiencies, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve performance.
- Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and process performance metrics to ensure measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction during and immediately after transition.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate bottleneck processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support adoption of digital tools, AI, and automation solutions to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and influence senior leadership to drive alignment on process transformation initiatives.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership on process performance and improvement opportunities.
- Drive a strong process excellence culture, promoting continuous improvement, standardization, and accountability across teams.
Your Success Is Grounded In
- 5-7 years of experience in process improvement, process consulting, process engineering, or transformation programs.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline along with a Master's degree / MBA in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end process optimization and transformation initiatives.
- Proven expertise in process transition methodologies (Lift–Drop–Change / Lift–Change–Drop models).
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional and global process improvement programs.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
- Experience in enabling digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI-driven process improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification.
- Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) or similar enterprise processes.
- Exposure to process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) and workflow automation platforms.
- Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environments.
- Exposure to transformation programs involving operating model changes or global rollouts.
