Job Description

Oversee manufacturing operations and shop-floor activities.
Ensure production targets are met in line with quality and cost standards.
Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
Manage production planning, resource allocation, and capacity utilization.
Drive reduction in wastage, rework, and cycle time.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and engineers.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and process improvements.
