Deputy Manager/Manager

Key Deliverables:

1. Ensure zero incident operations through strict adherence to site safety protocols and PPE compliance.
2. Resolve breakdown calls as per SLA and execute service projects including installation, commissioning, and modernization of cooling systems.
3. Log daily activities in BFS (Salesforce) and meet KPIs related to adherence, utilization, and productivity.
4. Drive customer satisfaction to meet NSS targets and promote Schneider's service offerings.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site audits and prepare scopes of work for service projects on DX units, PAC systems, chillers, and PAHU units.
2. Collaborate with service sales team to generate and convert service leads into business opportunities.
3. Act as a digital ambassador by leveraging BFS tools and completing tasks using required site software.
4. Continuously track and update install base data during field visits for customer engagement and solution proposals.
