Job Description
Lead and drive RAC (Room AC – Split AC / Window AC) sales in the assigned territory
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
Manage key accounts, government projects, infrastructure projects, and channel sales
Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and channel partners
Handle team management, distributor performance, and market expansion activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in RAC / B2B sales with an MNC background
Proven track record in project sales and territory management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in handling dealer/distributor networks and project business
Willingness to manage Delhi and nearby regions
