Job Description
- Wage and Salary administration
- Understand industry Compensation & Benefit practice, bring more structure and accuracy to salary review process
- Work towards automating the salary review process through HRMS
- Payroll Analytics
- Payroll Compliance (including TDS e-filing and Form16)
- Stakeholder interface. Work with Finance team on Payroll and Comp related process
- Present regular inputs and analytics with Management team
- Manage, Intervene and Coach payroll team members
- Vendor Management
- Value-add to the Comp & Ben process by taking initiatives
- Experienced in managing a workforce of 8,000 to 10,000 employees across blue-collar and white-collar categories
- Language proficiency – English and Kannada
