Deputy Manager / Manager Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 7-10 Years

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Safety professional to manage and improve workplace safety systems across construction and renewable energy project sites. The role involves safety audits, inspections, compliance monitoring, incident investigation, training delivery, and OH&S performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

·       Implement and monitor OH&S policies and procedures.

·       Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.

·       Identify unsafe acts/conditions and drive corrective actions.

·       Deliver safety induction programs and awareness training.

·       Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.

·       Track safety KPIs and prepare management reports.

·       Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational safety requirements.

·       Coordinate with project teams for closure of audit observations.

Mandatory Requirements

·       7-10 years of OH&S/EHS/HSE experience.

·       Experience in Renewable Energy, Wind, Solar, Construction, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects.

·       Must have worked on at least 2 Wind Power Construction Projects.
