- To drive and coordinate strategic initiatives to boost business / improve processes
- Run deep dive portfolio analysis to identify risks / concerns and portfolio improvement scope
- To suggest & support digital transformation initiatives
- To support cross-functional alignment for strategic deliverables
- To facilitate Senior management meetings including agenda planning aligned to strategic priorities & preparing ATR
- To track implementation of management directives, strategic action items
- To prepare management presentations & MIS dashboards
Education
Bachelor's Degree (Preferably B.Tech / B.com / BBA / BCA)
Specialized Knowledge

Skill Set (Must)
- Should have knowledge of finance / loan related terminologies
- Should have experience in budgeting / business analysis / excel dashboard
- Should have worked on Management Presentations
Skill Set (Desired)
- Previous experience in Finance / Banking services would be an added advantage
- Previous experience in product or strategy roles
