Deputy Manager/Manager- Inbound Logistics for Global Retail Brand in Gurgaon

WE ARE HIRING | DEPUTY MANAGER/MANAGER- INBOUND LOGISTICS FOR A GLOBAL RETAIL BRAND

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 5-10 Years

CTC: Up to 20.00 LPA

Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Role Overview:

Oversee Inbound Logistics Operations, including Import Management, Shipment Coordination, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Inventory Control.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manage end-to-end inbound logistics, including shipment scheduling, receipt, inspection, and storage of goods.

2) Handle end-to-end Import Logistics, including Import Documentation and Customs Clearance.

3) Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor incoming stock.

4) Prepare periodic reports on inbound shipments, import clearance, inventory accuracy, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.

Preferred Skills

1) Strong knowledge of Import Procedures, Customs Clearance, Shipping Documentation, and Freight Forwarding.

2) Experience in Inventory Control and Warehouse Coordination.

3) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and inventory management systems.

4) Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar platforms.
