- Coordinate interviews in consultation with the Recruitment team and HOD's.
- Maintenance of Health Record Details and Vaccination details.
- Issuance of Permanent Id Card to the new joiners and maintain a record of it.
- Coordinate for Induction program with Trainer & HODs.
- Maintain attendance of inductees.
- Coordinate with HODs for maintenance and Updation of the attendance and leave
- management in order to smoothen the timely process of the payroll.
- Ensure biometric enrolment of all new joiners.
- To keep track of the overtime of the staff and take necessary measurements in consonance
- with the respective HODs to reduce the OT of the particular department.
- Upload rosters in HR software if required.
- Complete exit formalities and Process F&F settlement.
- Carry out the timely training and Staff engagement activities as per the calendar in coordination with their respective COEs.
- Give birthday greetings to the staff on their birthday.
- Ensure employees timely health checkups and vaccinations and maintain the trackers for the
- same.
- To maintain and keep a track of the needle prick injury of the staff.
- Maintain proper records corresponding to all the above-assigned tasks.
- Carry out any other activity, which comes within the scope of his/her work and is desired by
- the management.
