ZF Test Systems specializes in developing and producing test benches for on- and off-road mobility. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on validation and development test facilities to enhance the quality of driveline, active chassis, tires, wheels, and brakes, contributing to improved safety and comfort for drivers.The company operates globally across various locations in Asia, Europe, and the US.

What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager / Manager - Electrical -Test Systems :

• Responsible for control system concept and architecture design, PLC software design and commissioning, electrical HW design (including BOM) and commissioning for test bench
• Responsible for checking all the inputs for software design including cycle diagram, hardware drawing, supplier's specification, control architecture etc.
• Responsible for the software, hardware design and commissioning of third-party equipment or components
• Selection and verification of local electrical components (including clarification of acquisitions)
• Designing with the best Safety and Ergonomic practices. Knowhow in local standards and governmental guidelines
• Managing design reviews internally/ with customer.
• BOM Creation and Cost calculation for Local Proposals.
• DFMEA

Your Profile as Deputy Manager / Manager - Electrical -Test Systems :

• 10-12 Years of Electrical Engineering/design working experience, dimensioning of Electrical Hardware sand good technicalknow-howin the field ofautomotiveR&D testingor EOL testing, especiallyonnewenergy vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree inelectrical engineeringorrelated major
• EPLAN/Office/SAPKnowledge and skills
• Experience of working on PLC's
• Knowledge of Europeans and Indian Electrical Safety Standards.
• Having experience in Testing Industry, Battery testing Facility experience is an added advantage.
