DM/Manager - Content Development

Position Title: DM/Manager- Content Development

Reporting to (Position): GM-Content Development

Department: Content Development

Sub- Department: Content Development

Position Purpose: The jobholder is responsible for creating a learning focused sales organization by creating training modules (instructor led training, videos, single pagers) for the sales force across all channels.

Qualification

• Any Graduation/MBA/Post Graduation Degree

Experience Range Required to man the position

• Number of years: MIN. 5 years
• Preferred Nature of Industry: Insurance/ Banking/NBFC

Job Summary

Specific Accountabilities

• Design and develop engaging ILT modules for different life insurance training programs, incorporating adult learning principles and instructional design's best practices.
• Create visually appealing single pagers
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan and execute video shoots
• Edit video footage using video editing software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and training, to understand content requirements and deliver high-quality content.
• Ensure all content meets the company's quality, branding, and compliance standards

Skills Required

• Proven abilities in researching, adopting an introducing new training techniques, aids and technologies to manage change.
• Experience in creating ILT content
• Plan & execute video shoot & video editing
• Ability to build uniformity & standardization in content.
