Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager – After Sales (Mining Segment)

Location: Kolkata

Reporting to: Assistant General Manager

Experience: 6–14 years

Qualification: BE- Electrical/ Electronics or relevant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow aftermarket business across the Energy segment.
• Drive year-on-year growth through AMC, refurbishment, value-added services, training and spare parts.
• Generate aftermarket business while maintaining a margin of more than 60%.
• Drive order booking, sales funnel, win ratio and installed-base potential.
• Generate enquiries and develop new customers.
• Identify business opportunities, prospect customers and achieve sales targets.
• Manage payment collections and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop aftermarket business across East India.
• Focus on new customer additions and expansion of existing business.
• Proactively manage sales activities and P&L to achieve business objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong aftermarket sales and business development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Good market and customer knowledge.
• Well-organised and self-driven.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Ability to proactively manage sales business and P&L.
• Knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage.
