What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager - Maintenance (m/f/d):

• Day to day activities of corrective maintenance (B/D Maintenance). B/D should be given immediate focus.
• Any major modification to be planned in Sunday. Improvements activities for , quality , productivity , safety , energy saving , MTTR/MTBF
• LabVIEW code development and modification with existing machine
• PLC & HMI program development and modification with existing machine
• CNC (Fanuc controllers) based machines troubleshooting and maintenance andPLC & LabView based machines and test rigs troubleshooting and maintenance.

Your profile as Deputy Manager - Maintenance (m/f/d):

• Strong expertise in CNC spindle and ball screw assembly, ATC setting, and alignment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, applications, and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience in machine reconditioning, new machine installation, and equipment relocation.
• Ability to improve production machines and equipment for enhanced reliability and efficiency.
• Skilled in resource planning, including manpower, materials, tools, and spare part management.
