Deputy Manager - MAINTAINANCE

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
• Implement and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEEE) strategies to enhance productivity.
• Manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for maintenance purposes, including data management and database setup.
• Handle breakdown situations efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the maintenance of utility equipment and effectively manage Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in maintenance practices for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Experience working with ERP systems and familiarity with Enterprise Reporting Systems.
• Knowledge of KAIZEN principles and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Possession of an EB license or relevant certifications in Plant Maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work with limited supervision and lead projects independently.
• Experience in managing ERP software modules for maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of handling front-end processes in ERP software, such as inventory management and shipping.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and other relevant maintenance technologies.
