Job Description

Overview

The Global Learning Solutions Team is a strategic partner across the global learning function for PepsiCo. We are responsible for providing learning leaders, sponsors and employees with insights and tools to enhance the learner experience.

Based out of India, the Global HR Operations Asst Analyst will be working with subject matter experts in end-to-end instructional design and development and enhancement of learning products.

The Asst Analyst will partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to support the Quality Check/Assurance of design and development of accurate learning solutions while applying quality check practices and methods.


Responsibilities

  • Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services
  • Reviewcontent for language, grammar and hygiene
  • Review graphics/audio/text/interactivity in learning courses and assets to ensure it complies with the stakeholder's requirement
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify errors and provide feedback for learning assets from different domains
  • Work with internal IDs and SMEs to ensure that the deliverables are of the required high standards in terms of content, user experience, and technical functionality
  • Test functionality and compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms
  • Analyze product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines
  • Document QA activities with internal reporting tool and audits


Qualifications

  • Strong hold of the English language both US and UK
  • Total experience of 5-6years
  • Experience, preferably in a shared services/customer service or a related field
  • Experience in Quality Assurance function for handling learning content and functional testing for eLearning modules
  • Demonstrated experience in quality control of classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, simulation videos, learning videos, etc
  • Experience working in a HR environment or shared services role
  • Knowledge/Awareness of SCORM and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
  • Experience in the usage of MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures
  • Ability to navigate a complex matrixed and virtual environment
  • Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow through tasks to completion
  • The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed
