Job Description

alent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source, screen, interview, and facilitate candidate selection.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Support conflict resolution and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Conduct employee feedback and engagement initiatives.

Performance Management

  • Facilitate performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Monitor performance review timelines and compliance.
  • Assist managers in performance improvement planning and employee development.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs through performance reviews and business requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain learning records.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure timely issuance of HR letters, contracts, and employment documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave administration, and HRMS records.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
