Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL), in partnership with Taiwan's Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (PSMC), is building India's first AI-enabled, high-volume commercial semiconductor fabrication facility in Dholera, Gujarat. This greenfield project represents a ₹91,000 crore ($11 billion) investment and is a cornerstone of India's ambition to become a global semiconductor hub.

Job Responsibilites

We're looking for someone who can operate as a strong shared-services partner, supporting HRBPs, Hire-to-Retire processes, and data & dashboards.

End-to-end understanding of EC workflowsExperience with organizational structure management, position management, job info, employment infoHands-on exposure to transactions, mass uploads, and data quality governance

Ability to troubleshoot EC issues and coordinate with technical teams

Experience handling large-scale employee queries and HR operationsAbility to manage employee lifecycle processes (H2R) in a structured, SLA-driven setupProcess compliance mindset with strong documentation skills

Very strong grip on data accuracy, audits, validations, and master data governanceAbility to interpret and fix data discrepancies before they escalate

Experience working with SF reports, advanced reporting, or story dashboards is a big plus

Ability to build and maintain HR dashboards related to attrition, hiring, transfers, productivity etc.Comfort with tools like Power BI, Excel, or SF reporting suitesStorytelling using HR data, enabling HRBPs with insights

Understanding of HR policies, processes, and how data flows into business decisionsAbility to act as the data backbone for HRBPsAbility to respond to HRBP requirements quickly and accurately

Confident interacting with HRBPs, COEs, audit teams, and complianceProactive, structured, and dependable – able to run EC operations independently.
