HR transformation, automation, HR analytics & governance
Workforce planning, manpower productivity & HR cost management
What we're looking for:
10–15 years of progressive HR experience
Minimum 6 years in a team leadership role
Strong experience managing HR across multiple departments and large employee populations
Strong stakeholder management, business acumen and execution skills
