Position Overview
HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with BU Functions. Responsible for building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders, and driving performance management, engagement, and compliance with HR practices and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- To be a catalyst with Business to drive HR policies & processes.
- To understand the business environment & priorities
- Work with business to address management requests for analysis on payroll cost, leaves, performance etc.
- To ensure that the sensitive issues are handled effectively and are brought to a logical conclusion with constant communication with relevant stakeholders
- Being data-driven and comfortable with numbers
- Managing entire end to end employee lifecycle starting form on-boarding till exit.
Performance Management
- To drive the philosophy for PMS as defined in the process
- Handling grievances on cases to case basis and informing relevant stakeholders
Resource Management
- Ensuring personnel information is maintained in all appropriate systems; monitoring actual headcount, new hires, attrition, analyzing trends
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to close on the open positions
Rewards & Recognition
- Support the design and execution of employee Reward & Recognition initiative
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
- Address Employee Relations matters with regular incident management, investigation.
Competencies
- 4-10+ years of progressive experience in end to end HR Operations.
- Profound knowledge of driving PMS, employee engagement, RnR, L&D, training etc. across various regions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex issues/ grievances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience from Captive is needed
