Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Deputy Manager HR. The Deputy Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include performance management, benefits administration, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
- Experience in managing employee relations and HR policies
- Skills in implementing training and development programs
- Understanding of labor law compliance and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
