Job Requirements
The Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition will serve as the Zonal TA Lead for the North Zone, owning end‑to‑end hiring delivery across the region for roles from Executive to Deputy Manager (L1 levels).
The role requires strong business partnering with zonal leadership, ensuring timely closures, high-quality talent pipelines, and superior candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Zonal Hiring Ownership (North Zone)
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Executive to Deputy Manager roles across functions in the North Zone
- Drive workforce planning alignment with business leaders (COOs, Functional Heads, Hiring Managers)
- Ensure timely closures within defined TATs, maintaining strong governance and process adherence
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic partner to zonal leadership, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring feasibility
- Drive regular cadence and updates with business stakeholders to enhance transparency and decision-making
- Manage hiring expectations around compensation benchmarks, availability of talent, and diversity targets
- Talent Quality & Candidate Experience
- Ensure high quality of hires through structured evaluation and competency-based assessments
- Deliver a premium candidate experience, especially for strategic and high-impact roles
- Maintain proactive engagement with offered and pipeline candidates to minimize drop-offs
- Process Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to TA processes, SOPs, and audit requirements (P1/P2 classification, documentation, approvals)
- Maintain accurate reporting and hiring dashboards for zone performance tracking
- Work with Rewards and HRBP teams for compensation alignment and approvals
- Diversity Hiring
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives for the zone, with a focused approach to building diverse talent pipelines
- Partner with stakeholders to improve representation across key roles.
