Responsibilities

Job Scope:

To drive data-driven decision-making within the HR function by analyzing

key workforce metrics, developing insightful dashboards, and delivering actionable

insights. The role will support business leaders with accurate HR analytics, ensuring

data integrity and enabling strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data across key parameters such as hiring, attrition, performance, and workforce trends.
  • Prepare and manage HR MIS reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Track and monitor workforce metrics and KPIs including attrition, retention, time-to-hire, diversity, absenteeism, etc.
  • Extract and manage data from HRIS systems for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide analytical support to stakeholders and address ad-hoc data requests.
  • Present insights and trends to HR and business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously improve reporting frameworks and dashboards for better data visualization and usability.

Requirements


Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR MIS, or a similar role

with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any field.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
  • Good understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and data extraction processes.
  • High level of accuracy and data integrity orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
