Design and maintain a central HR data warehouse (Snowflake) with robust ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) processes.
Integrate multiple HR systems to ensure accurate, secure data pipelines.
Create automated data extraction and dashboarding processes for periodic standard reporting and visualization ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and security.
Develop a script-based data extraction mechanism on longitudinal and diverse datasets for regular reporting and insights.
Continuously upgrade HR dashboards and analytics platforms to deliver actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Support Businesses and HR BPs with on-demand employee reports from SnowFlake or other data sources.
Manage data optimization and automation projects to create a futuristic and sustainable HR Analytics function.
HR Analytics & Insight Generation
Conduct hypothesis driven integrated analytics on people data to generate actionable insights.
Perform periodic analytics on monitor organizational structures (eg. Span of Control) and recommend optimizations.
Analyze key HR metrics periodically and build automation to present them to key stakeholders.
Analyze productivity, attrition, and exit interview data to identify improvement areas.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for people data and analytics.
Workforce Planning & Budgeting
Contribute in the bi-annual workforce planning during Long Range Strategy and Annual Operating Planning.
Design templates and collect inputs for workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and HR.
Collect inputs from each functions and calculating estimated productivity and spans in the budgeted period.
Estimate costs at grade and functional level for fixed and variable costs.
Collaborate with businesses, finance and HR BPs to arrive at final headcount budgets.
Manage the budgeted headcounts and share to respective stakeholders.
