Role Purpose-
To monitor timely recruitment, employees development, harmonius relationships among the organisation, carrying out adminstration activitites and Recruitment, Talent Management, Induction, IR, Admin, Liasoning
Roles & Responsibilities-
- To Induct & complete all the joining formalities to ensure the new joinee's satisfaction.
- To plan human resource requirements in consultation with different functional heads so that it can be considered in Annual Budget.
- To monitor variance in manpower as per plan. Responsible for recruitment of trainees. To ensure timely closure of positions.
- To drive the Talent Management & Organizational Development process with Plant Head. To facilitate the Succession / Career Planning process and create a talent pipeline. Ensure tracking of Individual Development Plan and mentoring process. Implement Learning and Knowledge Management system.
- To process various transfers & relocations, resolve employee queries across locations related to various HR polcies & procedures, issue various letters like salary certificates, address proofs etc from time to time to ensure employee satisfaction.
- To coordinate & conduct the exit interviews, complete all Exit formalities at HO & process the full & final settlements of all separated employees across locations so as to ensure that all dues are clear.
- To ensure statutory compliances of Labour Laws
- To ensure the distribution of items related to employee welfare and providing timely loans and within the budget
- To resolve the issues of employees union
- Evaluation and Feedback to the vendors on quarterly or Security Management
- Budgeting for canteen
- Performance against SLA
- Qaulity Check
- Manage the Transport Vendors (Buses & Taxes)

Role Requirements-
- MBA- HR/PGDM- HR/MSW as academic qualifications
- 7-12 years of total experience
- Manufacturing industry or factory HR responsibilities background
