Job Description

Objective / Purpose

Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing a team of 8-10 FLS
Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
Responsible for capacity building at branch level
Cross sell and up sell of products based on the life cycle needs of the customers

Educational Qualification- Minimum Graduate

Experience

Should have minimum 2 years and above experience in Insurance sales team handling and average job stability of 2 years and above
