Overview
Supply Chain Finance Analyst is responsible for the built and support of supply chain finance planning and analytical activities . It includes the financial planning and analytics of COGS and Make costs as well as Make Productivity tracking.
Supply Chain Finance Analyst will support the Market Unit Supply Chain Finance Leaders to control and navigate supply chain COGS. By preparing insightful reports and presentations, as well carrying out performance analysis, support decision making and contribute to financial planning and forecasting.
Responsibilities
COGS Planning & Forecasting: Manage end-to-end COGS forecasting in TM1, including volume imports, sourcing updates, cost card validations, and monthly/annual phasing across SKU, brand, and category levels.
Financial Validation & Reconciliation: Perform validations and reconciliations across systems (SAP vs TM1), including PO checks, unit cost validation.Costing & Analysis: Drive cost card updates, Vol/Mix analysis, FMOH and overlay adjustments, and ensure accurate costing for new SKUs, coman operations, and site-level inputs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with sites, comans, prime movers, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs (pricing, production parameters) and support decision-making and reporting.Reporting & Governance: Prepare and present key decks (Close deck, AOP), track Risks & Opportunities (R&O), and ensure adherence to timelines.Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Support: Lead AOP COGS activities including volume updates, dry runs, validation, rebasing, finalization, and submission to leadership along with actionable insights
Qualifications
CA/CMA/MBA with 3-5 years experience
