Job Description

Responsibilities

Facilitate procurement requirements for plants, co-packers, and distribution centers by ensuring proper linkage between vendors, materials, and facilities.
Manage end-to-end contract creation and maintenance for packaging materials and ingredients across multiple business units.
Ensure all sourcing options meet time-sensitive and budget-aligned product launch timelines.
Input financial attributes for all new material requests, including standard pricing, freight, and component masking.
Handle vendor setup processes required for contract execution.
Investigate and resolve price-blocked invoices by analyzing discrepancies related to pricing, freight, or contract changes.
Create miscellaneous purchase orders related to scrap, plate & make-ready charges, and other procurement-related costs.
